What We Do
Over eight to ten weeks, we will deepdive your market opportunity, engineer a Minimum Sellable Product (MSP), then help you land your first two customers. We go beyond the typical agency approach by committing to successfully launching your product – and we define success as revenue in the form of paying customers.We do this because, oftentimes, it is hard to know exactly what to build, and that can only be gleaned from actively engaging with prospects to discover if a given product sufficiently solves an acute problem that they are willing to pay for.We can function as your cofounder or as an extension of your existing team to deliver tangible artifacts at the end of the engagement, for example:
Production application using modern technologies and best practices
Detailed go-to-market strategy including growth-oriented pricing model
Product analytics for monitoring user metrics
Marketing site for top of funnel customer journey

Sales scripts for calls and demos, and templated outreach emails

Our core offering for bootstrappers is provided for a flat fee of $8,700 paid in 3 installments:
Deposit - $2,900
1st version of product (MSP) - $2,900
2nd customer acquired - $2,900
